As our research progresses, the procedures we perform are always expanding.   Generally, the approach of the Neurospine Institute is to use endoscopic surgical techniques, which are generally less invasive and therefore allow faster recovery after surgery.  Endoscopic techniques use innovative technologies to make smaller incisions to access the spine.
